How Do I Store Nervos CKB on the Bitpie Wallet?

One of my goals is to document all the wallets that support Nervos CKB so investors can use the wallet they are most comfortable with.

I have documented the following on Everything Nervos:

• Neuron Wallet

• Trezor Wallet

• IMToken

• IMKey

• Metamask

We all know the saying below :-)

My goal here is to make Everything Nervos your one-stop-shop for all things Nervos. Let’s now look at Bitpie and add that to our list.

First let’s download Bitpie from iOS or Android.

Open Bitpie. We will start by creating our first wallet. Tap Create Wallet as shown below.

Next, you will prompted to backup your seed phrase.

Tap Noticed, start to backup.

For the purposes of this post, I am revealing the seed phrase. Never reveal the seed phrase or take a picture of it. Keep it offline and secure. Also, never share your screen for anyone. In addition, No matter what support you get. Say no to screen sharing.

Confirm, you did not take a screenshot and Tap Know.

Next, you are prompted to NOT reveal your seed phrase to anyone as shown below. Tap I know it.

Next, write down your phrase. Tap Backup Finished and goto verify.

Enter the 12 words in the order you wrote them down.

Tap Ok. Next, enter a pin code for deeper security.

Confirm pin code and Tap OK.

After you set your pin code, you have the option of turning on biometrics (face or fingerprint for easy access).

Next, you can add other wallets if you like, but you need Ethereum in order to leverage the Portal Wallet DApp.

Tap on Ethereum to see the wallet to Transfer and Receive funds.

Now let’s setup the Portal Wallet (PW) dApp. On the bottom of the Bitpie App, let’s tap Discover and tap Tool name or URL.

Type ckb.pw and Tap ETH as the main chain

A message appears you are using a third-party tool (PW). Tap OK.

The portal wallet opens and you now have access to send and receive Nervos CKB funds and lock funds in the Nervos DAO.
